About Me

As a mid-level manager with 30 years of experience, I have witnessed firsthand the changing threats that mid-sized businesses face, paralleling the rapid evolution of the internet. In today's global manufacturing landscape, the competition has become incredibly fierce, and small and mid-sized companies are feeling the squeeze on profit margins. Simultaneously, the costs of labor, benefits, raw materials, and equipment are skyrocketing, putting companies like ours in a vulnerable position. My expertise lies in root-cause analysis, as well as in effectively mitigating and preventing issues within these businesses. Through this blog, I aim to delve into the reasons why certain aspects should be a cause for concern, their potential impact, and, most importantly, how we can proactively prevent these events from occurring. Join me as we navigate the challenges and find innovative solutions to help small and mid-sized manufacturing companies thrive in a competitive world.
